This is a very unique option inside the Marbella Club Golf Resort, in fact, these are two plots on the top of a hill with very panoramic views all around, including golf fairways, lakes, forest, sea, Gibraltar and the African Coastline. Since the plots are sloppy in most cases, the basements can get excellent views which adds a great value to the properties. This reduce building allowance plus the rules of the complex make sure this is a green retreat where the properties do get privacy in a secure environment.
