Opis
River Garden is a gated community of apartments and penthouses located in the Golf Valley of Nueva Andalucia, within walking distance of local restaurants and shops and with easy access to all the amenities of Puerto Banus. There are well-maintained gardens along with a communal pool.
The apartment is very spacious, consisting of an entrance hall with fitted wardrobes leading to a spacious living room with a fireplace and direct access to the terrace. In addition to a kitchen equipped with granite countertops and a range of appliances, the property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms of which one en suite.
The large terrace faces southwest and is covered. A parking space and storage room are included in the price.
The complex is a gated urbanization situated within the Golf Valley of Nueva Andalucia, being beside Real Club de Golf Las Brisas and having other several golf courses nearby as Los Naranjos Golf Club, Magna Golf Marbella and Club de Golf Aloha.

Puerto Banus and its sandy beaches are just about 5 minutes' driving and there is a short drive to the center of Marbella and Estepona.
