The project is located in Elviria, an exclusive residential area in Marbella known for its luxurious villas and townhouses surrounded by a pleasant natural setting. This peripheral extension of Marbella offers a variety of restaurants, bars, and key services.
Elviria is home to some of Marbella’s best beaches, featuring a wide selection of beach bars, beach clubs, and water-based leisure activities. Renowned golf courses such as Cabopino, Santa María, Santa Clara, and Río Real are just a short distance away.
