Proactively identify and secure new property listings through networking, prospecting, and direct outreach to property owners.<\/li>

Experience:<\/strong> Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate on the Costa Del Sol specifically, with a focus on property listings and sales<\/li>
Market Knowledge:<\/strong> Strong understanding of the Costa del Sol real estate market, including current trends and property values.<\/li>
Communication Skills:<\/strong> Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish; proficiency in additional languages such as Fluency in Dutch, Polish, German, French, Danish, or Swedish is a significant plus.<\/li>
Client-Focused:<\/strong> Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a commitment to providing exceptional service.<\/li>
Negotiation Skills:<\/strong> Proven negotiation skills with the ability to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.<\/li>
