Hi Homes is a leading real estate agency specializing in new developments along the Costa del Sol. As we continue to expand our services, we are expanding our dedicated Listings Department and are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Listing Specialist to play a central role in its success.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Listing Specialist at Hi Homes, you will be at the forefront of growing our portfolio of premium property listings. This role blends leadership with active client engagement, requiring an individual who is as comfortable designing systems as they are negotiating with property owners. You will be responsible for both securing new listings and shaping the foundational structure of our Listings Department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Listing Acquisition & Client Relations
- Actively identify, prospect, and secure new property listings through direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct professional property evaluations and deliver persuasive listing presentations.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with property owners, ensuring top-tier service and communication.
- Advise clients on pricing strategies, market conditions, and selling tactics to maximize success.
Marketing & Promotion
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative campaigns that elevate listing visibility across digital and traditional platforms.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and virtual tours to attract qualified buyers.
- Ensure listings are accurately and compellingly represented across all sales and promotional channels.
Transaction Support
- Guide clients through the property selling process from start to finish, including documentation review, negotiations, and coordination with legal/financial professionals.
- Maintain compliance with local real estate regulations.
Department Growth & Process Development
- Design and implement scalable systems and workflows to manage an expanding portfolio of listings.
- Work closely with leadership to establish KPIs and improve departmental performance.
- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and mentoring future listing team members as the department grows.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity through ongoing research and analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in real estate with a strong track record in listing acquisition and client service, ideally in the Costa del Sol region.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Costa del Sol property landscape, including buyer behaviors and pricing trends.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a strong plus.
- Client Focused: Committed to building trust, maintaining clear communication, and achieving the best outcomes for clients.
- Strategic Mindset: Capable of developing systems, analyzing data, and scaling departmental operations.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, adaptable, and ready to contribute to a high-performance, entrepreneurial team culture.
MUST-HAVES:
- Hybrid Work Environment: Comfortable operating in both office and remote settings.
- Driver’s License: Possess a valid driver’s license.
