Welcome to our holiday home in Vista Real, Nueva Andalucía, just a 5-minute drive to Puerto Banús and 3 minutes to Aloha, where you will find Marbella's best restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. The old town of Marbella is a 10-minute drive away.
Nueva Andalucía is one of the most exclusive areas of Marbella, known for its luxury and proximity to Puerto Banús and the Golden Mile.
This modern and contemporary holiday home features a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the best views of the Mediterranean.
The apartment is surrounded by golf clubs such as Los Naranjos Golf Club, Real Club de Golf Las Brisas, Aloha Golf Club, and La Quinta Golf & Country Club.
The house is built on 2 levels. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room with direct access to the terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, two-door refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and ample space for ironing.
On the first floor is the living room, furnished with a sofa, 1 armchair, and a TV. The dining area has a table with 6 chairs. The terrace features an outdoor dining table, a large outdoor sofa with a coffee table, and 2 sun loungers, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day.
The 3 bedrooms are furnished with high-quality beds: two with king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed, all with en-suite bathrooms featuring a rain shower, bathtub, and double sink.
The spacious master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom is located on the second floor. It also has access to a private terrace with panoramic sea views and features 1 sun lounger and 2 armchairs, perfect for relaxation.
We provide bath towels and bed linen for all rooms, so you only need to bring your personal items.
The house is air-conditioned, allowing you to adjust the temperature for heating or cooling.
WiFi is also available throughout the property. For your safety, the property complies with all legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit.
Additionally, two parking spaces are included in the rent.
In the urbanization, you will find a communal swimming pool, open from 10:00 to 22:00 (opening hours may vary according to season and availability).
