Our Journey Begins

In 2012, our dream took shape on the sun-kissed shores of the Costa Del Sol. We envisioned Hi Homes as more than just a real estate agency. It started humbly, spurred by youthful enthusiasm and a deep passion for the industry. Financial constraints led us to initially focus on rentals, but even in those early days, we saw the potential for something greater.

Navigating Challenges, Embracing Growth

By 2013, we officially embraced the name Hi Homes and stepped into the real estate arena. From a modest home office in Calypso, we persevered through challenges, transitioning from rentals to sales. In 2015, our dedication bore fruit as we opened our first official office, marking a significant milestone in our journey. The market posed challenges, but our determination and client-focused approach set us apart. The pivotal year was 2016, when we not only expanded our team but also opened a new office, signaling our commitment to professionalism and growth. Challenges persisted, but our resolve only strengthened. In 2018, we achieved a major breakthrough, selling our first exclusive property for an impressive €5.5 million, showcasing our expertise in high-value deals.

Would highly recommend HiHomes! The staff have all gone above and beyond to help us find our dream family home. Kian especially has helped us through every step of the transition from moving over from the UK, to help with finding a beautiful long term rental (whilst our new villa is being built). We previously dealt with another company and found them very pushy and had “a typical salesman approach” however Kian and Lara made us feel completely the opposite and made us feel fully at ease. I would also like to thank Lara and Sara who have also been amazingly helpful. I have 2 young children and they have helped us with finding schools and nurseries for them both aswell as any other needs along the way. Originally we wanted to buy an apartment at Mallorca. During that time we found out that the Costa del Sol might be a very nice place as well. While looking for properties we learned to know Hi Homes with Kian and Colette. From the first meeting on Colette was a very kind and unbelievable supportive person, who significantly helped us during our search for a property, that should fulfill our requirements. Eventually we found a new and very nice project at Marbella and we are very exited. The last several weeks, during the phase of preparing the Private Purchasing Contract and also now during the ongoing time of construction there are many challenges to be handled with the construction company and Colette and even Kian are very supportive, which is really a value add for us. Colette has an unbelievable working attitude and is really available 24/7. We live in Germany and are not so frequently at Marbella. Here comes an outstanding support from Hi Homes that really helps us. Despite ongoing little challenges with the construction company we are very convinced that our little project at Marbella will be finalized soon and our dream of a wonderful new home can be realized with Hi Homes Support.

I found Kian through a web search for a property in the Costa Del Sol in 2021. At the same time I corresponded with other agents. Kian was by far the most helpful and independent in his feedback on purchase opportunities. We arranged a trip to the region to view a large number of properties. Kian not only made all the arrangements but also looked after us throughout the visit, ferrying us from site to site and ensuring we had quality restaurant reservations for lunch and dinner! Kian helped us enormously in assessing the pros and cons of each option and ultimately in making our final decision. We are very happy with and excited by our purchase. Kian was instrumental in finalising the purchase and has acted as a dedicated go between with the developer since the initial purchase. In summary he is a knowledgeable, professional, enthusiastic and above all a trustworthy agent and I have no hesitation in recommending him as indeed I already have to a number of friends!
